Our financial planning process has been refined to be as painless as possible. Confidentiality is important and for our process we do not require any statements or for any assets to be moved to our firm. Lastly, we do not charge a fee to go through our process, as we use this determine if there is a good fit for a relationship going forward.

Will I make it? Do I have any blind spots? (FREE NO COST)

15-20 minute phone call to gather information

  • High-level information on the current financial picture
  • Current lifestyle and spending
  • Future aspirations

Financial Plan / Cash Flow presentation

  • Present and explain results of our planning process
  • Discuss blind spots (personal, family, business)

Stage 2

Engagement

ONBOARDING

  • Consolidate Assets
  • Analyze specific investments, exposures, risks
  • Create tax efficient transition strategy
  • Confirm organizational components of financial life (titling, beneficiary designation, equity awards, insurance, liabilities)

QUARTERLY MEETINGS

  • Review major life events / future transitions
  • Update financial plan data / review results
  • Performance / portfolio positioning
  • Review strategy and objectives
  • Communicate with other professional advisors to the family
